9 Nov 2006 - A DEMONSTRATION OF 'WHITE STICK OPERATOR' EQUIPMENT BY TONY-M0BPL

Tony (M0BPL) one of KLARCs own members made the long journey from his home north of Boston in Lincolnshire to give a demonstration/presentation of some of the equipment he uses in his daily life as a 'white stick operator'.

The other members of KLARC were fascinated with the variety and range of talking/beeping equipment that he has at his disposal and the ease with which he uses it. This ranged from a talking tape measure, bar code programmer/reader and talking computer through to his talking radio's. Our thanks go to Tony and Daphne (the wifely driver) for a very entertaining evening.
